Architects Collins, Cooper and Carusi were so pleased with our work, that they nominated us for the Georgia Builds Award.   Here’s what they have to say about us.

The ASDC building, which is targeting LEED Silver certification, had many challenges that together with Tebarco Mechanical Corporation we were able to overcome successfully. One main challenge was the extremely compressed area that was available to run all utilities, including water source heat pumps and the associated ductwork. Due to LEED requirements, the water source heat pumps had to be located in the corridor. There were several conflicts with structure, ducts and other utilities that were not foreseen during the design phase of the project. With the assistance of the contractor, we were able to develop a solution that satisfied LEED requirements…

Throughout the project, Tebarco Mechanical Corporation performance was outstanding. They worked diligently to resolve issues in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of all parties. Their dedication to the project and the client’s needs helped make this project a success.”

We won 1st place for AGC 2011 Georgia Builds for this project!
